Meanwhile, Yash Chitre, our co-founder, made significant strides in employee engagement strategies while consulting with top-tier companies like Walmart, McDonald’s, Zurich Financial Insurance, JP Morgan, and countless others. Yash assisted his clients in building custom employee engagement and communication portals, which delivered tangible results but often came with significant costs and time investments.

Prashant Pallati, our third co-founder, brought invaluable experience in managing engineering teams for diverse IT consulting projects across organizations of various sizes. His expertise in operations and technology ensured a solid foundation for supporting our product.
